patch to use EEL_BACKGROUND_ZOOM

Hi,

The patch from #320830 has been commited to eel this week, now the patch
for nautilus from #105231
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=57245&action=view) needs to
be commited so the gnome-control-center part can be commited too. If
that could be done before next tarball (and freeze) that would be
nice :)
