Patch provided for Bug 62713 – Can't get to the exact file size

Hello again,

I have verified/updated a patch that was submitted to bugzilla in
April 2005 to add support for reporting the exact size of a file.  I
see no reason for this to not be committed, especially since the bug
has essentially been fixed for almost a year.
