The current approach when you drag something from mozilla is that by
default you're likely to want to link to a http document instead of copy
it, but more likely to copy a data file (like an image or an zip file),
for text files we don't have a good answer so we default to ask.

This is just the default though, if you want a specific operation you
can use the standard keyboard dnd modifiers to force that operation.

With your patch this deliberately chosen approach is broken and we
always ask by default for http: uris, and we always copy for https: and
ftp: uris. Why do you think this default is better? It seems worse to
me.
