Isn't a good idea provide a little HIG love to Connect to Server dialog?
Something like the attached mochup?
Details:
* use groups/spacings/borders/align/sizegroups as HIG suggests
* use GTK_STOCK_CONNECT for Connect button
* add tooltips here and there (for example "The address of the
server to connect, for example \"ftp.server.com\" or
\"123.134.12.89\"" for address text entry)
* request string and UI freeze break
BTW, the Connect button should be grayed if address is empty but also if
add_bookmark is checked and bookmark_label is empty.
