A request from the italian users

I'll be concise because my english is not very fluent. My friends, a lot 
of users of the Ubuntu-it's forum and I are asking if there is a way to 
use tabs during the navigation with Nautilus, like in Firefox. We think 
that it could be very useful, but it's strange that no developers've 
tought that. Is there any project about it?
