Here is a bug report proposing to support a "X-Nautilus-Hide=true"
property in .icon files in order to not show some emblems to users in
add_emblem UIs. Only in add_emblem UI, only emblems that are installed
to be automatically applied by nautilus itself or other extensions. See
bug report for details.
