I have the software, it can listen (unix socket, dbus, ... I can write plugin for all). But I need help to write nautilus plugins to override the main Copy/Paste handlers by plugin to send it into my software (like I do under windows with the explorer.exe). The sort cut is useless because I haven't the information about source/destination, ... I have lot of user of gnome + nautilus which ask this feature to me, (override the main Copy/Paste handlers for use transparently Ultracopier).
