Dear list members,

While exploring nautilus code for keyboard_arrow_key() in nautilus-icon-container.c, found a variable no_a11y.

As I understood, this variable is for accessibility setting , Do anybody help by telling when/where this variable is set and not NULL. Is there any system setting should be on for accessibility?
