Hello everyone!
I recently updated by system to get NetworkManager 0.9.6.0; but there
appears to be a new problem/requirement in this version.
I've compiled ppp without ip6 support, and NM insists to have it, even
when I've disabled ip6 --
Oct 16 07:42:02 OLD_BROKEN_LAP NetworkManager[4567]: <info> starting PPP
connection
Oct 16 07:42:02 OLD_BROKEN_LAP dbus[4465]: [system] Successfully
activated service 'org.freedesktop.nm_dispatcher'

with pid 5182
Oct 16 07:42:02 OLD_BROKEN_LAP NetworkManager[4567]: <info> Activation

Oct 16 07:42:02 OLD_BROKEN_LAP pppd[5182]: unrecognized option 'ipv6'
Oct 16 07:42:02 OLD_BROKEN_LAP NetworkManager[4567]: <warn> pppd pid
5182 exited with error: pppd options error
Oct 16 07:42:02 OLD_BROKEN_LAP NetworkManager[4567]: <info> (eth1):
device state change: ip-config -> failed (reason 'ppp-failed') [70 120 14]
Is this intended or a bug?
