	In a word; no, most likely it doesnt; the dynamic any stuff has
not been used in serious anger as yet anywhere. However it might point to
a more worrying problem.

	Can I ask what architecture, compiler and C library you are
using. Also try applying this patch:

cvs server: Diffing .
Index: test-dynany.c
===================================================================
RCS file: /cvs/gnome/ORBit/test/Attic/test-dynany.c,v
retrieving revision 1.1.2.10
diff -u -r1.1.2.10 test-dynany.c
--- test-dynany.c	2000/11/27 14:10:32	1.1.2.10
+++ test-dynany.c	2001/01/10 23:29:04
@@ -327,6 +327,8 @@
 		DynamicAny_DynAny_seek (dyn_any, i, ev);
 		CHECK_OK (ev);

+		fprintf (stderr, "%g == %g ?\n",
+			 DynamicAny_DynAny_get_double (dyn_any, ev), d);
 		g_assert (DynamicAny_DynAny_get_double (dyn_any, ev) ==
d);
 		CHECK_OK (ev);
 	}

	Which should cause this to be output:

3.1 == 3.1 ?
11.2 == 11.2 ?
19.3 == 19.3 ?
27.4 == 27.4 ?
35.5 == 35.5 ?
43.6 == 43.6 ?
51.7 == 51.7 ?
59.8 == 59.8 ?
67.9 == 67.9 ?
76 == 76 ?
84.1 == 84.1 ?
92.2 == 92.2 ?
100.3 == 100.3 ?
all DynAny tests passed ok.

	Of course; it's probably my dumb mistake somewhere.

	Regards,

		Michael.
