Hi Bill,
Yes the g_main_iteration function has been deprecated. There is a
replacement. In glib/gmain.h the following is present under #ifndef
G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED
#define g_main_iteration(may_block) g_main_context_iteration (NULL,
may_block)
