TC_Bonobo_Unknown is in <bonobo-activation/Bonobo_Unknown.h>. I expected
it to be in Bonobo.h because I'd regenerated test Bonobo stubs/skels
locally using the same -D args as we use for the C++ stubs/skels.
The real problem was that TC_Bonobo_Unknown is a #define, so it isn't
available via a namespace as before. I've fixed that and all is well.
