Do I need a new version of Orbit?

Dear all:
I want to disign the server's IP address and Port number when it is started.
The Orbit version I use is 0.5.0-3, does this version too lower to give
support to this feather?
The platform I use is RedHat Linux 6.2 whose kernel version is 2.2.16.
