Hi Reuben,
I'm not sure CORBA::ORBit is maintained any more - AFAIK no one has got
round to porting it to the current ORBit2 libraries.
The most current perl binding seems to be CORBA::MICO 0.6.6 at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=20987&package_id=15042
Or you could try python and OmniORBpy from
http://omniorb.sourceforge.net/ - seems fairly well maintained.
Alex.

I would like to decode a CDR stream directly with
ORBit using perl. I have done this in the past with
COPE using CORBA::ORB::_unmarshal_using_tc, but I
cannot find any similar functionality under ORBit.
Unfortunately I cannot use COPE, it must be done with
ORBit. Has anyone come across this and could direct
me to a solution?
Thanks,
Reuben Tonna.
