AT-SPI infrastructure versions known to work with Orca

Hi All:

I think I finally have nailed down the most recent versions
of the various AT-SPI infrastructure components that work
with Orca.  I've updated Orca's QUICKSTART document to have
these, and they are as follows:

      atk               1.11.0
      gail              1.8.8
      libgail-gnome     1.1.2
      at-spi            1.6.6

You can grab these from ftp.gnome.org.  On Monday, I'll
begin investigating the differences between these versions
and GNOME CVS HEAD to see what might be making Orca
unhappy.
