Hi Jan
1. Have you run orca --setup before launching Orca?
First you need to configure Orca in order to create the user-settings
file. You should have a .orca directory in your home directory with
user-settings.py in it.
2. Make sure that you don't have a user-settings.py in the directory
within you launch Orca.Or launch it in other directory different that
the current one.
