[orca-list] Example XUL application

If you'd like to see motivation behind the XUL problems I report, you
can look at the following Firefox extension:
http://www.freebsoft.org/pub/projects/brailchem/brailchem.xpi

It should provide a meaningful example of an accessible XUL application
(except for the Molecule browser part, please ignore it),
i.e. demonstration of what works, what doesn't work and what is needed.
Please note this application is created with explicit focus on
accessibility, things may get worse with general XUL applications.
