[orca-list] thunderbird and orca

One question I have about thunderbird (I have only sent mail so far, 
haven't read any mail, so there could be more) is:

Why aren't blank lines shown with orca in the compose window?
For example if I compose the following:

Hey,

How are you?
Regards.

Orca doesn't say blank, just skips over the line to the next line of 
text. So its hard to see where the paragraphs are broken up for example.

Any way to get orca to indicate blank lines?
