It's available as an optional package if you want it, which I don't at the
moment. It is in Debian, but only if you choose to install it.
Debian appears to offer a lot more installation flexibility than some other
distributions, which, based on what I have read, install much more software by
default. With Debian, you can install a quite minimal set of basic packages,
boot to a console and then just install whatever else you want - or you can
choose Gnome and other such packages during the installation process.
I've been a Debian user since the late 1990s. I tried Gentoo on a laptop for a
while, but after upgrades left the package management system in an irreparable
state, I switched it to Debian as well.
The Debian installation process is completely accessible with a braille
display.
I don't know the difference between Icewesel and the real
firefox plus I didn't see it as a package in the main archives of
Debian Lenny so I went to the Mozilla FTP site and downloaded Firefox
myself.
Iceweasel is Firefox without the Mozilla branding, and with improvements and
patches introduced by Debian developers to fix bugs or to integrate it better
into Debian.
Apart from that, there are no differences.
