[orca-list] OpenOffice Calc Breaks Orca!

When I try and open a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet in OpenOffice Calc,
I constantly lose speech.  At this point I don't have any logs to show
that I know of but it seems to happen whenever I right click an XLS
type file and chose open with Open Office Calc; it begins loading the
document and then speech stops every time.  The only way out is to
press ctrl-alt-\ to kill my X session.  When it is in this catatonic
state, I can hit other random keys on the keyboard and they are echoed
but I can't do anything else; I can't even restart Orca.  When I kill
the X session, I can restart all over again and then OO tells me the
recent crash and offers to recover the file.  I go through those
mothions but still no bueno.

This is using the latest svn pull for Orca, at-spi, gail, atk, yelp,
etc. and OO 2.4 from the devian archives for Lenny testing.  I can
open an empty document in Calc but just can't open this XLS one.

Anyone else experiencing this? I used to be able to do this with no
problems in the past when I was using dropline gnome on slackware.
