[orca-list] Question about Evolution

Is there a way in Ubuntu to automatically poll my e-mail without having to 
hit f10 and go to the file menu, and down to send/receive?  Also, when 
composing, replying, or forwarding a mail, without going to the file menu, 
is there a real easy keystroke to send my mail off?
