Last time I had to boot from a ubuntu live CD it was version 7. I need to
boot from a live CD and I just downloaded 9.04, the current version. But I
cannot figure out how to start orca. I tried F5,3,enter,enter and that
doesn't work. I also tried "sudo su - ; orca" in a gnome-terminal and that
runs orca but after I answer the setup questions, I do not get speech. It
seems orca is running but it doesn't say anything when I bring up the
applications menu.
In the version of orca I run on my debian system, you no longer have to
answer those set up questions. Does the ubuntu live CD have an old version
of orca?
