[orca-list] file attachments

if i have file attachments in evolution, how do i save them?
i have got a couple of pictures in an email on my laptop but when 
i press caps lock plus 8 it just wants to open the menus and 
doesn't appear to give me the choice for what i want.
i tried the orca keystrokes to save the attachments on the names 
of the actual files but still no option to save the attached 
files to a drive or usb stick.
how do i do this?
