Hy Janina,

try run following command in console after you logged in with your 
normal username in console:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications screen-reader-enabled 
false
This command I think turns off screen reader support, and Orca don't 
autostarting.
Before you run this command, you possible querying the screen reader 
support is enabled with following command:
gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications screen-reader-enabled
