gobject-introspection should provide that file. The package might also
have the wrong pygobject dependencies--as of GNOME 3.2, introspection is
handled by pygobject 3.0, with 2.28 used for old static bindings. They
are parallel installable, and orca (and pyatspi) should be depending on
pygobject 3. And I'm not an arch user, either, so I'm not sure how (or
if) all of that is packaged.

Deedra or Chris, can you guys fcheck any more of this out on your
systems in the meantime today? I'll try and tweak up the PKGBUILD for
orca-git for future use and we can probably get the package maintainer
for normal orca to fix whatever depends we need there. You probably
know the person better than I do. Sorry for such alarms but the
errors didn't seem obvious enough to me to figure out what packages
would ultimately be needed.
I'm still learning slowly how one can determine in advance the
dependencies for arch packages.

Hey Steve.
As I stated in my previous message, I'm not an Arch user. With respect
to this:

Do you have a /usr/share/gir-1.0/Gio-2.0.gir file? See:
