Whis this discussion happens,
I wished to bring to the notice of every one a small irritant which 
should be addressed some day.
I purposely use the word "irritant " because I don't see this as a bug.
When text is selected, orca says "selected " and repeats the text as well.
But when I press ctrl + c, it does not say any thing.
Should it not tell me some thing like "copied  to clipboard " or some 
thing like that for cut as well?
It is actually a very small thing, but there might be a case where the 
keyboard is bad and one is not sure if the text indeed got copied?
