[orca-list] logout help

Hi,
Orca needs to me to log out and back in again, and I have tried so many 
things, and I cannot get it to work.
control + alt + del,
control + alt + backspace
alt + backspace
and guessing with the menus only shuts down.
This is with Ubuntu 10.10.
A command line option would work, but a day of searching on the web has 
found nothing useful.
