In the "Filling out forms" section of the documentation:
Orca Modifier+Right/Orca Modifier+Left for moving to the Next/Previous
object or chunk of text.
I don't know if that have worked ever outside browse mode though.

In many applications there are non-focusable elements, and the flat
review is not always reliable. Besides, it mixes elements, and that's
not very convinioned at times.
Yes, there is many "garbidge" in the object tree, but Orca could filter
it - if you want, I'll research how NVDA does it (as well as I can
remember, it was something with checking names, values, if the object is
a container of certain type etc.).
Or may be it won't be needed - Orca should filter those elements already
- isn't it a part of constructing the flat review?
