I haven't used it myself but if you're familiar with LaTeX, I've heard
good things about Beamer.

In a month or two I'll need to give a presentation in which I want to
include orca and other topics.
What accessible tool can I use to prepare and give my presentation?
You could write it in HTML or use Markdown and then convert it to HTML with
Pandoc. Pandoc supports various Web-based slide presentation tools, including,
as I remember, HTML Slidy, which I have used successfully with Firefox and
Orca to present.
If you're an Emacs user as I am, I think you can generate slides from org-mode
documents, too.
Definitely consider Firefox and Orca as your presentation environment.
