2 examples:
1. Dropbox: when someone changes a file in the sha!ed folder, a 
notification pops-up. Orca speaks it, but impossible to repeat through 
the bindings.
2. IRC: smux. When somebody HL you, a notification appears. Orca speaks 
it, but not possible to !epeat.

Do you want a debug file with notif + binding in Orca?
