hi
No, you just press s when you've booted debian. It will land you on a
speech menu item. Press enter, and you'll start the installation with
speech.
Thanks

I boot from the pen drive and then when do I press s for the speech?
Does it give a beep or some kind of queue by default?
Yes, the instal;er beeps if your motherboard supports this.
So Do I not have to do some thing to stop the grub from booting then
press s and then again resume the booting with the new kernel parameter?
or is it that I have to just press s at the beep or may be a wild
guess if there is no beep?
happy hacking.
