Hello,
If you are running gnome you can toggle screen reader on / off by
pressing alt+super+s from within anywhere. This is a gnome keybinding so
going to gnome control center, keyboard -> key bindings you can change it.
If you are using other desktop or simply if you like it that way, Still
I do have quits orca action listed in my screen reader preferences
window on the key bindings tab. It's shown in the unassigned category of
actions.
