hi
I believe it's stored in ~/.local/share/orca/userSettings.conf, but orca
can be very picky about meddling with that file. If you do and make a
mistake, orca will refuse to start, or will start but won't speak, so
you have to be careful. What would be nice is a ring of settings similar
to what nvda has, although of course I don't expect orca to be an nvda
clone. Just an idea.
