[orca-list] Excessive informativeness "orca" in "gedit"

Hi, Joanye, All.

To reproduce the problem:

1. Open any text file, using the "gedit";

2. Press the "ctrl + a";

3. Press the "ctrl + c";

4. Click the "alt + f4".

After pressing "alt + f4", "orca" announces "to copy the selected text 
to the clipboard".
