[orca-list] Orca is dying suddenly

Hi all.

A colleague told me that on your machine Orca dies suddenly.
the problem usually happens when he is using Firefox.
The distro used is Ubuntu-Gnome 16.04 and orca version is 3.22.1, although according to him, the problem was happening with previous versions of orca.

I am copying a small debug file section to illustrate the problem.
