[orca-list] terminal programs accessibility

I've tried gnome-terminal; roxterm, and xterm so far.  One thing I 
discovered is while these programs do allow for terminal operation their 
accessibility leaves things to be desired.  Specifically, it's not 
possible to move around in the terminal programs with the cursor and have 
characters onto which the cursor is moved announced by the screen reader. 
This is little help if some text comes up in the terminal a user wants to 
copy to the clipboard for later use.
