[orca-list] bbc radio station schedual pages when navigateing via headings get dubble speech

hi there,
using latest version of orca from master.
haveing issues on this site:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/schedules/p00fzl7q
when navigateing via headings i'm getting the time spoken twice.
press h once you get time, i.e, 6.00 press it again you get
6.00 toney mcdonald
what should happen, press h once and you should hear
6.00 name of program.
