[orca-list] firefox toolbar with orca?

How do I navigate to the firefox toolbar using orca?

I've got a firefox extension that places an item in the toolbar of firefox. I can verify that the icon is 
present using review commands but have been unable to sort out how to activate the thing.

Any advice?
