[orca-list] time and date

Hi all, I have a question regarding Orca and the insert+T command. I am 
running Ubuntu Mate 16.04, with Mate 1.18 from PPA. When I press orca+t, 
I get the date, but no time. Is there a reason why, and is there a way 
to change it? Is this a fix I will notice once 18.04 is live? Thanks 
much in advance for your help. I believe this version has Orca 3.18.
