[orca-list] enabling orca's accessibility support for qt4 apps

Hello all. its Mayson. I have a quick question. how do I enable
accessibility for qt 4 apps in orca. their is a video game emulator
I'm trying to use in ubuntu-mate called pcsx2. when I launch the
program orca doesn't speak at all. is their a way to enable qt 4 apps
accessibility for orca? thanks all and look forward to any help and
