[orca-list] Macaroon tests?

Hello,

I see that the orca tests are based on macaroon, I however could not
find with google a library with such name (we, I found python macaroons
with an 's', but it doesn't seem related), does anybody know where it
could be found?

We are considering using dogtail to make regression testing of
applications, we are wondering if macaroon could be better to use.
