[orca-list] Vlc and interresting think

Hello.


I am using Orca Master and Ubuntu Mate 19.04 developed branch.


When I launch some file in Vlc and want to jump to time, if I press CTRL 
T, it doesn't speak. I press escape and CTRL T again and it's fine.


Orca 3.33.1pre.
