Aha. It's not a Gecko bug -- it's a workaround for a different Gecko
bug. In particular, certain ads served up from doubleclick.net had --
and potentially still have -- weird accessibility problems that caused
users to get stuck or loop in their ads. If memory serves me, this was
especially true if the ads regularly changed or updated in the page.
The links in question are from an ad served up by doubleclick.net.
So.... What would you like me to do: Remove that filter and cause you to
potentially be able to access these links via line navigation, but at
the risk of getting permanently stuck in other ads? Or should I leave
things as-is?
Instead of saying "blank", I could potentially say something to alert
the user to the fact that there's an ad here, but we're in string freeze
now.
BTW: The reason you can access these links with the latest Chromium
built from source is that Chromium is exposing these ads differently and
my filter isn't catching them (yet). That said, I'm tempted to leave the
filter as-is for now, until we determine if other ads prove problematic
for Chromium. Unlike Gecko, Chromium doesn't have the huge amount of
accessible-text bugs, thus getting stuck in Chromium is far less likely.

Confirmed. I suspect it's a Gecko bug. When I use Chromium (built
locally from latest source), Orca doesn't skip over it.
That said, I'll take a look.

Hello,
Environment:
- Orca master
- Debian 9 "Stretch"
- Firefox 68
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open this page
"https://www.piloter.org/strategie/strategie-drucker.htm"
2) Move to the line beginning by "ouvrir pour autant de nouvelles
perspectives de marché."
3) Press down arrow
Result:
Orca switch on the header "3) Trouver et occuper une niche "
Expected result:
I assume Orca should switch on "Recherches sponsorisées"
4) Pressing shift + tab goes on one of the skipped button
Best regards,
Alex.
