[orca-list] Editing text with braille display in Mozilla Thunderbird

Just adding to the discussion of braille support: I've been 
experimenting with editing mail messages in Mozilla Thunderbird.

When replying to a message, there are oddities with the cursor not being 
shown whilst typing text at the end of a line, and with the braille 
display not following the cursor as text is typed.

Can others reproduce? Is there a setting that I'm missing, or another 
recently solved bug?

I'm planning an Orca upgrade, probably to the Git version.


On the positive side, Orca is fast and responsive (admittedly on a very 
fast machine), and Mozilla Thunderbird was easy to configure.
