interrupted, they get focus and Orca is putting you into focus
mode so that you can interact with them. In focus mode, Orca does
not control navigation; the web page does. Thus I don't think it's

I've checked and NVDA doesn't have the issue on the same page.
I think the NVDA behaviour is the right one in this situation
because I don't see use case where switching in focus mode in such
situation is practical.
