[orca-list] Orca no longer announce the new folder we're into

Hello,

We've beginning to switch some of our user from Caja GTK2 and Orca 3.24 
to Caja GTK3 and Orca 3.32 and one of our blind users reported to me 
that Orca no longer announces the title of the new folder when Orca goes 
into.

Tested environment:
- Caja 1.16 with Orca 3.32
- Caja 1.16 and 1.20 (GTK 3.24.5) with Orca master

Steps to reproduce:
1) Orca should be configured in all the folder in list view
2) Open Caja on the home folder
3) Select a new folder with down arrow
4) Press the return key to move into the focused folder

Result with Orca master / Caja GTK3:
Orca stays silent so the user think no actions has been made.

Result with Orca 3.24 / Caja 1.8 (GTK2):
Orca announces the title of the new folder.
