[orca-list] Orca doesn't announce child position in Caja list view

Hello,

Environment:
- Debian 9 "Stretch"
- Orca master
- Caja 1.16 (GTK3)

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go on Orca preferences and enable "speak child position"
2) Open Caja in list view
3) Move with up/down arrows

Result:
Orca doesn't announce child position

Expected result:
Orca should announce "item details (date etc) 2 of X)
