    I've also reproduced the same issue on Paypal so my only option was
    to disable Orca for the action I'm making.

Steps to reproduce:
0) I've the layout mode enable
1) Open this page
2) Move the caret on "the line Remove some debugging spew"
3) Press down arrow slowly (one by second) almost ten times until Chrome will crashe
