Re: [orca-list] zoom and orca mind your versions

Right, I was the one who said that I use Zoom all the time but only as a visitor, not a host. And the version I use does have huge accessibility problems. The Zoom window you get after the browser launches the app is almost totally inaccessible. However, shortcut keys work so you can get by.

I've been having fun with zoom and orca this weekend. I've been
comparing three versions under ubuntu 18.04. The one from apt
(5.0.413...) is a bit accessible. Some keyboard shortcuts work and
some menus are spoken. Many lists are not, e.g. the list of apps when
starting screenshare.
The version from snap seems better, a few more menus and lists seem to
turn up and things like the button for chat and breakout rooms appear.
The version from flatpak (recommended by my work) is absolutely silent
and hence completely useless to me. This variety might explain some of
the variety of experiences with zoom we've been noticing on this list.
anyone have experience of flatpak apps for other things, and is this
some generic problem with their distribution?
