I understand this is a pretty simple question, but I have not been able to find an easy answer. Is it possible to take a distro that is in accessible or not as accessible as others and force accessibility? Example: Whonix now supports and includes Orca after I made a deal with their creator, but it uses Xfce. In this case I am pretty positive that I can just install gnome and it would then be pretty accessible, but is there anything else that needs to be done to re-create the accessibility of a distribution such as Ubuntu? I primarily am speaking of Debian-based flavors, but wouldn’t this be the same thing with others as well as long as you could install Orca, espeak and either Gnome or MaTe?
